I'm Anna, an ED experienced registered nurse, mother of three young children and the founder and educator at ExpressMed. Since 2023, I have been dedicated to delivering hands-on training that inspires confidence in emergency situations to parents and caregivers with my Mini First Aid for Infants and Children first aid course. Due to demand, and to teach my full scope of practice, ExpressMed now exclusively offers first aid courses which cater for all civilian groups through the lifespan.

With over a decade of clinical experience working in New Zealand's busiest emergency department, and as a current certified Emergency Care Instructor by the New Zealand Resuscitation Council, you can be assured that ExpressMed first aid courses are unparalleled.

My teaching style is professional, inclusive and approachable to ensure all participants get the most out of each and every session. As a mother of 3 young children I also bring real life experience when it comes to caring for your child or a child you love.
